The five fundamentals of HPI are: Ditch the Negative Attitude, Show Sincere Appreciation, Listen Intently, Make Other Feel Important, and Help People.
These wonderful fundamentals were put together by some wonderful leaders who have used them successfully in their careers and businesses. In Second Life, these concepts were introduced and are shared by all the volunteers at the Help People Island/Institute and those who contribute to this blog.
